We mainly manufacture spare parts for plotters and printers and customized enclosures of small dimensions and on request we design any type of detail. The reverse engineering process involves a first 3D scan of the part, from which we obtain a cloud of points, with an accuracy of 15 microns. Once the cloud has been processed, a mesh is obtained on which the part to be created is modeled.

The printing technologies we use are mainly FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) and SLA (Stereolithography).

The materials we use for printing are:

PLA, polylactic acid obtained from the fermentation of maize, organic and biodegradable.
ABS, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene, thermopolymer which has excellent characteristics of lightness, rigidity and impact resistance.
Nylon, synthetic polyamide, guarantees a very high resistance and is self-lubricating. It is particularly suitable for gear printing.
PC, polycarbonate, good thermal and impact resistance. Used mainly for printing parts exposed to heat sources.
CPE, copolyester, ideal for the production of prototypes of mechanical components.
PET, polyethylene terephthalate, is a thermoplastic resin suitable, inter alia, for food contact. It is the material with which the common plastic bottles are made. 100% biodegradable. It has a good mechanical resistance, excellent resistance to chemical agents and low deformation. Indicated for the construction of containers.
Rigid resin, loaded with glass to ensure high rigidity and a glossy finish. Very resistant to deformation over time and is excellent for printing thin walls and finishes. Ideal for: Turbine blades, equipment, tools and tools, manifolds, electrical and automotive housings.
Resin Grey Pro, offers high precision, moderate lengthening and reduced friction. Ideal for form and adaptability tests, prototypes for injection molded parts, master molds for plastics and silicones.
Resin Durable,makes possible the production of pieces with a smooth and glossy finish with a high resistance to deformation. Ideal for customized packaging, bushings and bearings, snap couplings and flexures, hinges.
